Advice on bike price

OK so a bike is worth what you'll pay for it but I'm close to a new purchase and I thought I'd pick the expert brains here.

2010 Tiger 1050 SE version with an arrow race slip on with 22k kms for around $9500 then just tax on top. That a decent deal? Seller says it's a very clean bike.

The amount of Kms don't really bother me just wondering if it should be reflected in the price or if this is good.

I own 2009, It is hard to say what is fair price as they do not come to the market often. If you go to tiger1050.com and look at for sale section you can see how much people ask for but most are in US so that is at best indicator. Triumphs have 2 years of warranty so depending on when it was sold it possibly still has warranty. Also Tiger needs valve check/adjustment on 20k so that might cost you some money on top if it was not done. There is pretty good writeup with lots of mods done by this guy http://www.adrianmolloy.com/ . If you have any questions PM me I'll be glad to share my experience. I love the bike and if you are tall enough you can not go wrong. Cheers!

If it was me looking at that bike, I would show up with $9000 cash and no more. With that much money right there no waiting the seller is highly likely to accept with the minimal difference in $.
