2021+ Tuono worth the headache?

On model specific forums, you only hear about problems, not the vast majority that have never had an issue.

Some bikes have common problems that need to be addressed.

Gsxrs with regulators behind hot radiators.

Stator failures on certain Japanese bikes.

Automatic cam chain tensioner failures.

Ducati gas tanks that warped due to ethanol.

My friend has an '09 Triumph Daytona 675. He broke a valve spring around 70,000km. He's an aircraft mechanic. I trust his abilities.

He put a used head on it, and changed out the valve springs. He's trying to convince me its necessary on my recently acquired 60,000km street triple.

Is it though? Or do I just "send it" and stop worrying about it. The newer ones are a bit more robust.

If the o.p. wants a Tuono, just buy it.

I'd personally go for the 2019 factory. Who cares about the "restyle" of the current model. Save some money for gas, insurance, and tires.
