    Carb Cleaning and rebuilding

awesome thanks. For your comment: Before you re-assemble, record the jet and needle sizes for reference. Compare them to those listed in the manual for your bike. Are these printed/stamped on the jets?

    Carb Cleaning and rebuilding

ok thanks Im assuming that 6Sigma inflates the benefit to some degree. If using Jets to make a lean mixture richer (Like what you mention) Is it not that same thing to use the mixture screws to accomplish that. Why change jets in ANY situation and not change mixture settings?

    Ignition Coil Testing

I didn't remove the coils because I didn't have spark. I was more testing the specs and thought that may have been off.

    Ignition Coil Testing

Decided to pull the carbs. It is in fact a stupid amount of gunk in the bowls. The jets were plugged. Strange because I don't think I have more than 1000km on since the last carb cleaning. Where could this gunk come from. Filters are in tact. It looked like wet brown sugar... Glad I found it..

    Ignition Coil Testing

Hey. I put the coils back on and I do get a spark in all 4 plugs so coils are at least "working" I did notice a shock though as I held one of the wires, so I'm wondering if there is a leak in the plug wire itself. Ive had that happen in my car once. Maybe time for new wires..? G
