I'm not sure about now but in 2014, Desjardins had reasonable rates for 250cc's so you might want to try them. I hope both of your suspensions haven't been within the last 3 yrs because that will increase your rates drastically with every insurance co.

I went to GTA custom motorsports on Dixie & Matheson in Sauga a couple of months ago. While everyone was quoting me for around $800, they did mine for $400 and they did an excellent job.
It wont be that expensive since its a 250. Try calling desjardins, they have reasonable rates. At 20 with a gm2 license, i was quoted at $2,200 with TD and $1,400 with desjardins.
