Thanks….trying to do this as above board as possible. I’ve had people buy bikes from me, slap a friend’s plate on and off they went. I’m a bit more risk-averse than that 😁
I haven’t bought a used bike in YEARS. All of my recent bikes have come from dealers, so there has been no need to worry about certification and registration. Just show up and ride away. Wondering how people LEGALLY buy a used bike these days. Do you handover cash, get the registration and have...
Got excited for a minute when I saw the address shown as “Toronto”…..thought the show had relocated. But it’s still in Mississauga. But sounds like it might be a better show this year than recent years, so might be worth the drive for us city dwellers!
I don’t disagree, but I’ve had blind spot detection on my bike for a couple seasons now and I really like it. It’s a feature I can’t stand in a car, but knowing when someone is right beside me when I’m on a bike is very helpful. Not a must have, but definitely worthwhile tech imho.
I live in Toronto, so much prefer taking transit and not having to deal with the Mississauga ***show 😂 But if it’s worth the drive I’d give it a go. Sounds like I’m better off online shopping and/or looking at motorcycles at a dealer lol
Last time I was at a show it was sparse. Few manufacturers and only a handful of retailers. Wondering if that’s still the case, or if there is a show that’s recommended for both manufacturer attendance and retailers?
Still up on Murray St by Orde….except 1 of the 2 signs has fallen down and not been replaced, so you can tell where the spot starts but not where it ends! 9 times out of 10 there’s a car parked there and it never gets a ticket 😡
