I suggest go on the gravel roads and try it before you hit the trails (if you haven't done yet). I'm close to Simco county trails. Some trails are mostly sandy. You'll get into some uphill/down hill 4 inch sand and your tires are not good for that. Even with more aggressive dirt oriented tires...
Patw, thank you for your reply. I am on 1200GS with TKC 80. Have done most of the double tracks around Nursery Rd. Sand and bumps no problem however at slow pace.

Shane I took almost the same route yesterday. I started from Southward rd. It was very sandy. Road surface not in good condition. 169, Peninsula in good shape. 518 not bad but lots of sand in tight corners. On the gravel side, Turtle lake, Nippissing Rd and Star Lake rd in great shape.
