I subscribe to Texture online magazines. I really looked forward to reading it on there every month. Unfortunately they have stopped being part of texture.

If you have the time, take 401 to 35 up to HYW 7 all the way to Ottawa. It's a lot more scenic. When I ge ton the other side of Quebec city, I stop in a town called Montmagny. There is a fantastic hotel the called Hotel L'oiseliere that is very bike friendly. The food is really good there too...

I was crossing the border and the young gaurd told me I wasn't allowed to wear ear plugs while riding. I asked him if he could hear things more precisely in his car with the windows up , or the wind blasting in his ears. That was the end of that conversation. He politely waved me through.
