What are the rules for competition karts? I want to import an over 15 year old kart complete with motor. Does it need any documentation beyond the Bill of Sale? Can it be imported as a "parts vehicle" per Form 3 if I remove the motor (easy to do)? Does MTO / RIV have any interest in off...- colmkarter
