Yes they do exist. I have an HJC helmet too with a tinted visor. go to any retailer and they will be able to get a clear or a tinted one that are single paned with anti fog coating.

They are not that expensive $40ish. Bell helmets have that option. Saw them in the new GP bike cataloge

If you want cheap GPS's hit tigerdirect.ca and if I may recommend buy a waterproof one. The Garmin 500 or 550 is around $220 and you won't have to worry about rain. btw, tiger direct doesn't have the 550 or 500 just cheap car gps's
