Ok. so my bike got hit by a guy in the driveway. I was upstairs. Damage to tank, handle bars, clutch..and possibly other things. He gave me his info and said thet hed like to take care of it without insurance. I have a witness as well. What should I do? Im going to get an estimate for...
If anyone has a stock system lying around that they want to let go for cheap, lmk! Will also buy any used, good condition slip ons. yoshi is preferable!
When the going got tough, frekeyguy saved the day again. I had an issue with starting my recently swapped in engine, and frekeyguy was able to fix the problem. He even picked up and dropped off my bike with his trailer. My bike has been giving me headaches for the past 6 months and finally I am...

Heres a new video after taking off the cover again and inspecting the gears. The bike is starting now as it sounds like, but the whining is still there.
Yes, thats exactly how it is for the gs500. I did the repair. and what you say is what I actually believe to be the problem. I remember having an issue with that little gear that connects the starter flywheel to the starter motor gear. I though it was the flywheel itself because I didn't...

it turns much easier now without the plugs..Seems fixed to me. Thanks for all the responses.
Re: How many times(revolutions) can you hand crank an engine with no oil(residual o

bike is away from me now so I will try to diagnose. But as soon as I impact wrenched on the flywheel it was harder to turn. In addition is sounded like i could hear the gears moving. I will try again without the sparkplugs. Thank you
so far its been staying hard. however i haven't turned it...
Ok reason is that it feels like it's getting harder to turn. Mind you this is after I installed a flywheel, could this be because there is absolutely no oil in these parts?
I've had to replace my timing rotor and I need to turn the rotor a few times to get to the pickup. Is there an issue if I turn it fully like 5 times over time?
I need to replace my timing pin on my crankshaft..it dug in a little deeper so I think a drill bit would suffice. Anyone know who can do this. I also need to get a screw extracted from my crankshaft,
Help appreciated
I've also had frekeyguy work on my bike as well and to sum it up I was very impressed. I needed an engine swap done due to my faulty engine and frekeyguy had the new one installed in less than 2 days. Not only is he quick but he also has great attention to detail. I believe he goes above and...
