Motor is not seized - I put it in High gear and with the clutch released I'm able to push the Bike down hill and hear the motor turning over inside. I will try jumping directly to the main power connector going into the Starter and see what happens. Thanks!

Battery is brand new and fully charged - I also tried the car boosting method too (just in case) Still no luck.

Clicking noise is coming from the Starter Solenoid, def' not the Fuel pump which is a different clicking noise. Not sure about how to jump this kind of Solenoid it has 2 large Positive posts and a smaller Blue wire going into it. All the safety switches are working
