The only penalty is if you're pulled over for driving with an expired (past 10 days as mentioned above) sticker. The ministry wont charge you a penalty when you come back after the 10 day period. However the sticker is a giveaway to cops as it just displays a big red T instead of your birth month.

The last range reading i took showed 230km before hitting reserve fuel (i dont have a fuel gauge) but that was all city commuting. I should do it again based on highway.

Has anyone done a course like this here in the east coast? The link below is for a school in Portland. It's a 4 day course based on police bike training. Sounds like a challening way to build confidence for added safety and also hooliganism? Thoughts...
