Grey Markets bikes are definitely unique - while race replicas always turn heads
not sure what turns heads first, when they hear the chainsaw 2-stroke motor buzzzzzz coming up or the smell of the burnt oil when you pass them all by....
With spring officially here, i didnt realize so many people kept there bikes indoors.
whether it makes sense or not....

OMG this was my first bike, not just FZR400
but this actual bike...5+ years ago!!!!
I remember the "yamaha" script font on the tank and FZR lettering on the Rear Box!!

i am actually in Japan again this week.
There is location in Tokyo (Ueno) called Bike Street
All the shops setup along the street selling parts / nbikes and gear.
Food of course is the norm...or maybe not...

Being over 15 years made the process straightforward...
we went to Motegi MotoGP last year.
The scene was more subdued than in the past, because of the 2011 Earthquake.
Only went for race day, so didnt get a chance to walk the track or walk thru the paddocks, or pics with riders....its too bad.
Just the odd pics from the track, bikes in the parking...
