    M2 and G1?

    Going for my M1 soon. Don't have my G1 yet and I know the M2 is the equivalent of the G1. Does that mean I get a G1 with my M2? Or can I just use my M2 to drive a car with a licensed driver? Can I go from M2 to G2 (if I wait the 18 months for G2 road test)?
