Over the winter I am planning to check the plugs and valves. When I had the headers off I noticed deposit built up on exhaust valves. Does this need to be cleaned out? If so how? Is there anything else I should be inspecting or replacing at this point in regards to the engine? Thanx!
Ok. So I have noticed at times when I take a corner at above moderate speeds when I come into this situation. If the corner suddenly becomes sharper on an unfamiliar road I let off on the throttle and gently apply the rear brake then back on the throttle. I think to my self I shouldn't do that...

I have never done this before so your input would be helpfull. Im thinking of using a surgical scapel blade and a blow dryer to heat it up. Then some Goo Gone if still some adhesive?
