Hockey bags for lugging/storing moto gear (off bike)

+1 to everything @Lightcycle said about bringing the helmet on board with you. Only thing I'll add is that sometimes you get questioned about it. The girl and I have taken a total of 6 flights combined with our helmets, and twice we've been asked why we are traveling with motorcycle helmets...

Fuel prices. $40 fill up for CB500f !!!

Crowd? Pfft. Doesn't there need to be at least three of them to make a crowd? 😂 Truth be told I'm planning on reaching out to Can Am this week to see if I can get a loaner one of their e-motorcycles to do a review on this season... but that's honestly more because I want to work with a...

    Anyone heard of HelmetLiquidation.com

To be honest I wouldn't want to buy a helmet from anywhere, online or offline, that takes exchanges or refunds on helmets... but yeah, I wouldn't buy from this place either. No need to be the guinea pig until they build a reputation.

Livewire (pretty much half priced) vs the new Honda WN7

A funny thing's been happening with Livewire One: the pricing has gone from around $30k-ish* when it was still a Harley-Davidson, down to around $16k* new now. Some people speculate the price drop is a reflection of Honda entering the market with the similarly priced Honda WN7... I compared the...

    Motorcycle industry in Canada (Ontario)

13 years ago, in my early/mid twenties, I wrote a post titled "How The Motorcycle Industry Works (and why you should never ever work in it)" I haven't read it in about 10 years, but I can't imagine much has changed: How The Motorcycle Industry Works And yet, I've worked in the motorcycle...

The Reasonably Priced Used Motorcycles for Sale Thread

Personally, Transalp is a model I'll be keeping a look out for in the used market in the next couple of years as they start to come out. I don't know if I've even seen one Transalp on the road here, but I saw quite a few in Italy, talked to a few owners there, they all had nothing but good...

A little motorcycle therapy if you're going through some hard times

Found this post on reddit about a guy who's wife left him so he bought a Harley. It lead me down a rabbit hole of what actually happens to our brains during a breakup, and whether or not motorcycling really actually helps... Spoiler for those who don't want to watch: Yes. It does...

The Reasonably Priced Used Motorcycles for Sale Thread

It took him 3 years but MP did the impossible and we are proud of you lol. I find people have a mental block at anything over 5, and again over 10k. $5k and under they treat it like play money almost and aren't very picky at all, but at the same time, won't spend an extra $1k more for...

    CFMoto 800 MT-X adventure bike.

For anyone who's read the thread, this will be beating a dead horse into the ground, but to anyone who hasn't, and also doesn't like reading: I made my case against the CF Moto here, and, long story short, whether the bike is good or bad, I just think there are four major use case issues that...

The Reasonably Priced Used Motorcycles for Sale Thread

I think that was the previous gen of the F series before this one, that ran from like 2008ish to 2019ish, after that they got the new twin motor. 50ccs bigger and it became a 270-degree crank p-twin instead of the old dull 360-degree. I could be totally wrong, joojel it.
