Well the factory tire is 140/90/15, the smallest tire I have found in a white wall for bikes is a 150/80/15

Ya I have tried but I’m not having any luck lol I’ve seen guys on YouTube who have the bigger tire on the rear with actual white wall tires. But I keep getting told not to do such due to the tires size to factory 2.75 wide rim

I’ve rode bikes since I was ten, but I haven’t rode for about ten years now and just recently bought this s40 now.

The bike I have and ride is more of a cruiser then a crotch rocket lol, and I find myself reach for another gear when I’m already in last gear

So I was thinking of adding a gear indicator on my s40 but can’t find any that are made for the bike, so I was wondering if I can just order one like from Amazon that has the 3 wires and wire it into my bike ?

Well I actually found a OEM ones new on a site from Alberta for about 90$ for the two and the caps. Didn’t think that was too bad plus they’re better then the goofy red sparkly ones lol

Well i measured my bar with my caliper and it’s 1.086”

So does any grip the right diameter and length fit then ? Or do I need to get ones that have my bike listed for “fitment” ??

Everything was a no go lol, went back to the old times and used some hot soapy water and SOS pad. Seemed to work well EXCEPT this odd colour, I’m unsure what it from as whether my pants slightly touched it enough to discolour or if it just heat but I doubt that it’s from heat.

Would the oven cleaner not burn off right away ? 🤔

So you ran the bike to running temp and then sprayed oven cleaner on it and scraped clean ?

So I got out in my first ride on my s40 after swapping my exhaust and seems my pants got a bit close and melted on the exhaust in a couple spots lol. Is there a way to clean it off ? Like could I run the bike hot and then wipe it off with a damp cloth or ?

The one for my bike if I’ve done correct research is a 7pin flasher unit

Guess I’ll have to find the OEM one on the bike and check to see what type I need to replace it with. So I can buy one and basically plug it in where the OEM was and it work just as it should ?
