Yes, you will normally get better deals, especially if more than one vendor is selling the same items. If you go on Sunday, you may get the best deals, people don't want to pack up everything to take back to their store, but by Sunday styles and sizes may be limited.

The January show will not have many (maybe some Harley) 2023 models of bikes. The February Manufactures show is where you will see all the new models.

It will be interesting to compare the HWK which I bought for $37 Aus all in shipped.....and which have held up well except for one of the two front fasteners....to the $279 Rev-it. I think your true test is going to be if you go down. How will a pair of $37 pants hold up? I'm not willing to try...

Things have changed because of Covid in the last 3 years for parts for anything, bikes, cars, stoves.... Come out to Oshawa and drive down Park road south and have a look at 2 million trucks waiting on parts and chips. Rows and rows of trucks. Getting a little better, but still.

The armour in the HWK is not very good. A friend ordered the jacket but changed the armour as "you" said, you get what you pay for. :)

I would say that if you see something you're interested in, make an offer now. Sometimes the guy might have it in his garage and if it's gone he can park his car in there. I have friends that cover their bikes and leave them outside, that guy is really ready to deal if thinking of selling...

I've seen that a lot with older Joe Rocket armour, they used to use cheap stuff. I think its much better in the last few years.

This model is $4799.00 at GP. The guy is still too high, but you have to order it. Will you get one in the spring? I know GP had something like 8 deposits on the 2022 Rebel 500 but only got 3 in.
