Its not always possible, especially in heavy traffic, to avoid being in someones blindspot. It is, however,always possible to look and signal before changing lanes. These cagers need to own this.

I think its more likely she is one of the 50% or so of drivers that seem to feel signalling is optional than the cop has decided to lie. But if I'm wrong, I apologise for my stern smiley :mad:
