From experience Helmets I would recommend with glasses are Shoei, Aria, and Scorpion. If you want to get one that works well on the cheap I would get the new R410 from Scorpion, DOT and Snell for $159-179. Not available in Canada and will need to be ordered online or cross state side to get one...

You could have a small leak from your valve core, Use some soapy water and see if its leaking if so you may need the core changed out as well.

sounds like your valves may need to be adjusted if its a tick tick sound
