Rider down queenway exit from 427
He is alright. Road rash and a broken arm/collar bone. His passenger suffered a mild concussion and road rash. For anyone traveling down the 427 SB C/L from Eva Rd to Queensway be careful. Construction is horrendous there. Rocks and dirt all over lanes.- moe-2
