Isn't there always law enforcement typically there on the weekends and holidays? The key is to go there on a weekday (work day) where it's usually dead. I've been there on a long weekend once, and it's packed.

I thought I was the only one who thought this way too. When it's too hot I rather drive into work. And don't have to worry about changing out of the gear. But I still like going out for long rides.
