Those are the "motrax" ones, Im sure they all come out of the same factory. Once you put some miles on them they will move at speed.... speeds you see at the drag strip.
Im using bar end mirrors. Motrax is decent for the money. When I have some money to burn I will be getting a set of rizomas.
I also had a set of CRG LS mirrors but I sold them before putting it on. Lots of attention to detail, but for that money I would get the rizomas
You may need to carry a...
this thread is quite silly, especially with all the noobs who don't know that lowrider has been on two wheels longer than they are old. You could stand to learn a thing or two from him.
He is a little grumpy at times :P, don't take it personal.
Re: Wear your gear...
maybe you should add nsfw or "gruesome" or something of that sort...
Questionable as to whether typical street gear would have saved his foot. Running from the police was one of his many mistakes.
Area P Full system, it costs roughly the same as a slip on.
Alternate is PLMFG - which essentially is a direct copy of the Area P system. This is a photo of the standard length system they have posted on another forum.
Get the long (i.e. quiet) version if you decide to get either of...
I see where you coming from - but because the rules were foolishly written to permit single occupant green cars it doesn't mean single occupant motorcycles should get also get a free pass.
There is no justification for rewarding inefficient use of energy. Batter plug-in vehicles in highway HOV lanes does just that. Time and time again, there is an emissions output from nuclear energy - because it doesn't come out of the tailpipe at point of use doesn't mean that it is not there.
How is this anti-wheelie circumvented "on the fly." I regularly see moto2 and moto gp riders wheelie down the straights on command during practice. Are these functionalities turned on and off by the rider?
So you’re saying encouraging someone to ride a bicycle is stupid because it’s a more dangerous transportation option?
Damn I guess the cities in North America should stop building bike lanes – that would be encouraging people to take a “significantly more danger transportation option.”
Can’t...
Talk about deja vu. We had this discussion a few months ago. Except this time, turbo won't talk about the benefits of hybrid-electric vehicles that get their energy from NUCLEAR POWER.
Just like I pointed out pre-Fukushima.
Yes lets reward the most inefficient use of hybrid electrics by...
With the massive improvements Brian has found on his bike (approaching 30% from his published #s), it makes me wonder what can be done on a small displacement FI engine - say a honda cbr125/250r.
Im inclined to say the gains would not be as substantial. Only one way to find out...
Brian have...
I still don't understand why safety is bull crap. You don't think mitigation of risk is a worthwhile consideration? Countering the safety argument with "well you wouldn't a motorcycle if you were concerned about safety" is a crock of ****
Which is precisely why lane filtering should be permitted - and the book thrown at those that abuse the HOV lane - single occupant motorcyclists included.
Odd that no one has yet pointed out that the Minivan crossed the solid white line. Two wrongs don't make a right, the rider is traveling to fast for conditions.
