My Duc 999S used to get so hot in traffic I literally burned the inside of my legs in stop and go on several occasions. It's bike by bike - some cannot do it (e.g., like others said, Tuonos)
We've all got anecdotes, mine is that when riding a fully faired bike, being a light weight rider, the 404 on gusty days was often way too dangerous. Can also recall going down the DVP, coming to an uncovered section and being hit with a gust so hard it nearly ripped my grip off the bars. Light...
On the '13-'17 model the fuelling has a bizarre dead zone on decel between 6-4k RPM that can apparently be fixed by going full Arrow. All of a sudden engine braking will increase...very annoying.
Throttle tube on the 675 sucks, the throw to WOT is so long that extended riding at highway speeds...
I did a few 8-9hr rides on my 696, could get ~20-21km/L on those days. Sore by the end of it, but doable. I had that thing for 4 years, it was a great bike.

Wow, looking at the tariff list a huge array of things relevant to motorcycling are 0% now as of Sept 2017. I hadn't even heard of this. I've ordered from Motocard before because even with duty their prices beat Canadian retailers, but it's even more attractive now
