It's not the money I'm worried about, it's the fact that it should not have been safetied in the first place. The windshield is blacked out, and the front rotors are warped. Anything I can do about that?

Bought a 2002 CBR600F4i that was certified May 3rd in Midland. The front brakes have been giving me a problem so I finally took it in today. Shop told me the rotors are warped, the windshield is blacked out, the pads may need to the replaced, and there is fork oil on the actual forks. Obviously...
