The oil in a shock works really hard . It could be over kill but its what I do , and I enjoy doing it and it cost me about 2o bucks

I change the oil in my shock every 10 or 15000 km when the damping starts to go away , and it feels brand new again.. least to me .

K .. i would forget the easy out at this point , they suck at most points .. .. Asuming the caliper will come off once you get the head off the bolt ..Center punch the head and use a drill a bit bigger then the the shank of the bolt to drill vertically into the bolt and cut the head free...

I think you would want to use some sort of epoxy resin .

If I recall correctly ..torque spec for a honda 929 filter is 20 ft lbs .. it is not a lot but bit more then 1/2 turn and more that a lot of people can get just their hand.. they will leak if not tightened properly.. just saying ..

Why can you not turn it on with the engine not running ? A fully charged battery should fire the the HID bulbs fine . .. Also, are the stock bulbs h7 ?, did you use a h7 or h4 hid kit ? What are the headlight unites you are using, are they bulbs or whole projector units ?

That is what you need, but a lot of people like the oem parts better then barnette ones .. Changing the springs won't fix it ! . You need at least new fiber plates , I would change the metal ones as well while yr in there .
