Well I spent all weekend trying to figure out a way to get my bike out of the living room and down the stairs at the front of my house without ramps. Couldn't happen cus of ground clearance. Apollo is just about ready to go now...picking up the ramps from a guy at work tmo, then doing an oil...

Welcome Jen!! I live in Guelph now, but will be moving to Cambridge by the end of the year :) looking forward to having another girl in the group! We may just start outnumbering the boys sooon..... ;) not that I think they'd mind haha!!

I can see some of your points...I guess I've just been lucky with good experiences from buying/selling with test rides that I never really thought that it would even be an option to buy a bike without test riding it. I've had a Ninja 250 before and completely tore it down and put it back...

So my boyfriend is looking at getting into riding and we were going to check out a Ninja 250 some time this week. When texting the guy he said 'no test drives, insurance won't cover it'. Personally, any time I've gone to buy a bike (I've bought two now) I've always been allowed to test ride...
