I'm getting a super bike for next year (so I don't have to work so hard to stay ahead of Tim and Derek) ;)
I hope it comes with an AUX and headphone jack ... maybe a NAVI too ??
It sounds like the op could save some money by doing parade laps on the street instead of paying for track, but to...
yup, 5B. Wobbly loves shooting form there and gets great results.
I'm already preparing for next year's Mosport bike week!
A greeat weekend for all except Jordan, Frank and Will Hornblower. Heal up quick guys.
This is what kept me from going fast all weekend. I was fine everywhere else except three spots and that's what killed my lap times. I watched Kenny Reidman hit the wall in turn 10 (final corner coming onto the front straight) in Sat morning practice after a low speed low side. No air fence only...
The red flag was a blessing for us on Team Piston Broke. It gave us the time to replace the front pads on the GSX-R 1000 that were 100% worn down. I rode the whole first part of my session with no front brake at all, the lever was all the way to the bar. Only rear brake and engine braking, still...

Ok, good to hear. Racing in Canada ( or at least around here IS alive). Hopefully the racing gods will be kind and we'll get great weather for test weekends to give some relief from this hellish winter. Good luck and be safe all!
I haven't seen my bike all winter due to $&@$/) circumstances so...
Allright guys/girls, It's almost time. Who's ready? Who's still waiting for parts? Who hasn't winterized the bike yet ;)
Who's planning on doing the RACE/SOAR invitational dates?
Share you stories...Cherrypicker is gone :(
The location in Thronhill was good but the parking sucked. Residential neighbours complained about the bikes and specially the Dyno noise. So maybe the move doesn't please everyone, but loyal customer and people looking to hear Zaid's stories will make the drive :). I know I will and I'm in Aurora!
I've always cut my own using very sharp high quality scissors. The key for the edge is to smooth it out using sand paper. The sanding removes the burred edges and prevents the foam from catching on your suit and ripping up.
P.S. I buy them from Z1.
