    Right of way questions

If the vehicle entering the lane is at fault, then what's the point of the yield sign? I'll have to go and check to see if they've removed them. You answered your own question, the purpose of the yeild sign is to "point out" the vehicle in that lane MUST yeild to the flow of traffic. So, if...

    Sidecar laws

Yes, no requirements than to have a helmet, and common sense be old enough that their neck can support said helmet, (Ie can't be a 2 week old baby)...lmao. Just landed late last night from Cuba, seeing a lot more side cars in the Varadero area than I did say 15 years ago

    Operation Noisemaker

One of the issues with stopping a rider at night, is I always found they were MUCH more likely to run as soon as you light them up. At night the dangers associated with a chase are very high, compared to daytime when you can see further ahead and surrounding intersections etc.

If it is done in...

Speed Camera fines now in effect

There are cases of Privately laid charges being successful. But not at all common. As Rob said they are reviewed by a crown, and of course the Information has to be sworn out before a JP, who will often also discourage, if it doesn't appear legit. IE a neighbor "claims" he was assaulted with...
