07 zx6r no balls

If a coil was bad, you would have a misfire. The chances of all 4 going bad are almost 0. I am thinking fuel. The issue is load dependant, more load = more fuel required. Check the fuel pressure, if low, it may be the fuel pump or pressure regulator. You can test the fuel pump my measuring...

Brakes Normal.. then Grabbing really hard (almost locking), then super soft ??

I suspect the issue is not mechanical, but electronic. When the bike warms up some electronic module also gets warm and starts to apply the brakes, just a little. Find the fuse for the ABS/servo assist module, remove it, and see of the problem goes away. BMW could learn a lot about reliable...

    Petcock

Before you pull off and clean the carbs, try adding a little seafood to the gas tank. (http://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/seafoam-motor-treatment-0387800p.html#.VYq0S2ATM70) For $12 you have nothing to loose. AND it makes a great fuel stabilizer for the winter.

    Relocating ECM

Spade connector + water + time = bike problems. Make sure your connections are water proof, maybe use heat shrink tubing?

Ninja 250 screeching noise on startup (video)

That is the screech of the starter over-run clutch. It simply needs to be re-greased. Background: "As soon as the engine starts, its rotational speed will eventually exceed the speed of the starter armature. At this instant the over-running clutch breaks the connection between the pinion and...

In Ontario you need to ride 1 hour to find 5 minutes of nice road. In Cali, you ride 5 min to find 1 hour of the best road you have ever been on. (Glendora comes to mind!)

    Transmission rattle - VFR 800

Why would the the cam chain tensioner rattle or not rattle when the clutch is pulled in? As mentioned above, this is the normal clutch basket rattle. My bike has done this for the last 60,000 KM. Nothing to worry about and completely normal.

    locating bearings

Before I did my front end swap (YZF600R on 86 VFR) I checked to make sure the bearings I needed existed. If they didn't I was prepared to use the VFR's steering stem in the new front end. If you can't find the bearings you need, pressing in and welding the original stem may be your only option...

    clutch slipping :(

I think that crack is on the main oil gallery comming from oil filter and feeding the engine. Check and see if it is cracked all the way through. It may be a surface crack. If it is cracked all the way, maybe try JB weld or have it welded.

    Parker brothers close shop

Re: Parker Bros. - done Sorry to see Parker Brothers go. I liked the shop, bought my first set of gear from them and Dave was my instructor at FAST. I think everyone is missing the bigger problem: The motorcycle industry in Canada is crumbling. We won't recognize it in 5 years. Many...
