    I use an MEC sling pack, the big pod to be exact http://www.mec.ca/AST/ShopMEC/Packs/SlingPacks/PRD~5017-260/mec-big-pod.jsp Its really really really easy to get one and off with an armored jacket.

    I had the same problem with my helmet however after a couple weeks the issue went away. You just need to break in your helmet.

    I just calculate mine manually, getting about 5-5.5 L/100km on my SV. My last fill-up I got about 5.2 L/100km.
