    Finders Keepers

He'll, I've had a car sitting in my driveway untouched for 6 years - there's moss growing on it. I hope someone tries to take that thing from me... it's a unibody with no plates, but if the subframe's cracked it's ripe for the picking. Sent from my ASUS_Z00AD using Tapatalk

    Value of 1988 GSX600F Katana?

I'm by no means a professional, but not exactly **** at it either. I did auto detailing for a couple of years, so it would turn out half decent. I've opted to sell it primed to the next person. Sent from my ASUS_Z00AD using Tapatalk

    1988 gsx600f Katana

1988 katana 600. Around 55000km, will check exact tomorrow. New clutch, oil change 10 kms ago, tires still have nubs on them. Fairings and tank decent shape. All primed and ready for paint. Can be sold with or without safety. Asking 1600 not safetied, won't refuse a reasonable offer. Sent from...

    Value of 1988 GSX600F Katana?

Into it for about 1100 after safety, 1200 after paint. It's primed but not painted right now - even with the bike being 28 years old, thing's got some pep left to it. Sent from my ASUS_Z00AD using Tapatalk

    Value of 1988 GSX600F Katana?

Fairings aren't in the best of shape, have repairs done to them with epoxy and fiberglass to make it look clean. Will have fresh paint on them in a few days, brand new clutch and new tires. Only thing not stock is braided steel brake lines, not sure what to expect to sell this thing for. Runs...

1988 Suzuki GSX600F Katana not firing

I trickle charged the battery and it didn't work, and then boosted and it still wouldn't fire. Will check battery voltage in a bit, but it should be fine. Probably just going to rewire everything. Sent from my ASUS_Z00AD using Tapatalk

No, neither of the coils are getting much power - when I cranked it and tested voltage into the coils it was 2v max. Sent from my ASUS_Z00AD using Tapatalk

The bike has no spark though - I took the plugs out of the cylinders and grounded them on bolts and there a no spark from either coil. Sent from my ASUS_Z00AD using Tapatalk

1 and 4 are on separate coils, so it would have to be that both coils are shot, but the bike ran fine a few days ago. The chances of both coils going kaput at the same time are pretty low, right? Sent from my ASUS_Z00AD using Tapatalk

No rust inside of the tank. Forgot to mention I sprayed ether into the intake, and it wouldn't fire then either. Just got one big backfire. Sent from my ASUS_Z00AD using Tapatalk

1988 Suzuki GSX600F Katana not firing

Hey there. A few weeks back I bought a 1988 katana 600. It ran pretty well. A couple of days ago I went to start it and it wouldn't hold an idle - it would just stall out, even with the choke all the way out. Even after holding the bike at 3000rpm for 10 minutes, it still stalled out. It was in...
