    Just went through this myself over the winter. Any bike dealer can order 2" or 2 1/4" baffle from Hindle. I think Parts Canada and Motovan are distributers. Hindle have the biggest range of spares and replacement parts. It fitted my TRS perfectly and I just had to order a new Yosh replacement...
