    Looking for wheel chock suggestions.

There is a red chock at RD, on sale for $79, would that be the same one and would you recommend it for my application?

    Looking for wheel chock suggestions.

I'm going to have to build a shed this spring to keep our bikes in since we will be having 2 cars in the garage from now on. Any recommendations or suggestions for a chock that can be bolted to the floor would be appreciated and also any ideas for needed features for the shed. TIA

Thanks for the link, looks like it's going to be foot down for 2 seconds.

    Removing muffler packing?

I recently purchased stainless Yosh R77 slip ons for my Ninja 1000. They look great on the bike and the sound is much deeper than stock but the volume is not what I expected, very disappointed actually. If I remove some or all of the packing material will the volume increase? Is this a bad idea...

Putting your foot down at a stop?

I'm back on 2 wheels after a 30 year hiatus so I'm a little rusty but I still have enough balance to slowly creep through a stop sign without putting a foot down. Do the cops allow this or will I eventually get busted?

Anyone out there have the new Ninja 1000?

Just picked up my Ninja 1000 on Friday, traded in my one month old Ninja 650R for it. I've only had time for one ride but I'm very happy with the swap, much smoother ride than the 650. I'm just getting back into riding after a 30 year Hiatus so don't expect any knee dragging stories from me but...

Best shop in the GTA for helmet selection.

I went to Royal Distributing in Guelph today looking for a higher end helmet but couldn't find anything I liked or that fit properly. I don't want to buy over the internet, I prefer to try it on before I buy. So which shop has the best selection? TIA

    Thanks GTA Motorcycle!

Long story short, I'm sure most of you are too young to remember the movie Mr Mom from 1983 starring Micheal Keaton. My life back in the late 80's was that movie and the plates were a fathers day gift from my 2 sons.

I went with Riders Plus and they told me once I have a year of riding behind me there will be a nice reduction.

    Thanks GTA Motorcycle!

No, cash which got me a $250 rebate. I did look into financing through Kawasaki, 4.9% over 5 years with $1000 came to $150/month, nothing down would increase the payment by $20/month.

    Tank bag = scratched tank?

I plan on riding my 650R to work but I need to carry a few small items with me so I'm looking into getting a small tank bag. Do they do any damage to the paint on the tank? TIA

    Thanks GTA Motorcycle!

Ever since I found this website years ago I come here to get my 2 wheel fix and remember my younger days behind the bars. I've spent hours reading through the bike classifieds sections and asked a few questions along the way and thanks in part to the membership here I pulled the plug yesterday...

    My state farm quote

I had insurance back in the early 80's but not since then. The agent told me insurance would be cheaper for a 600R.
