DUC OWNERS ... need your help !

Seat: You can go Sargent or Luimoto (if you want to save a few dollars) Wrapping: I'm sure it will improve some. Clutch kit: Ducati already comes with an aluminum clutch basket, so if you're looking at the the pressure plate/spring/caps it comes down to personal preference. I'm installing an...

Any Streetfighter 848 owners on this board?

Yes you can, but you don't need one if you have a Tuneboy unit because it'll do it all for you. I can now disconnect my 2 O2 sensor and servo motor since they are now turned off and I have a really good map running in all ranges. Having said that, they do not have anything for jap bikes.

Any Streetfighter 848 owners on this board?

PC or Bazzaz do not work for the Ducati's as it will not allow you to tune below 4000 rpm unless you reflash your ECU first to turn off the O2 sensors ($300).

Any Streetfighter 848 owners on this board?

Fixed my fueling to match my Remus with a Tuneboy unit. No need for Fatduc or any other plug and play stuff. Turn off the flapper valve, O2 sensors, read CEL and clear them and if you get a free logwork iPhone app you can even get dyno numbers.

R6 is great for racing and probably not as comfortable to tour around with. The GSXR will do both.

    Zard or Termi

Remus is an even better option. I also have a Tuneboy unit on the way for all the tuning and sensor disabling I need to do. I'd stay clear of HP Corse. The finish is soft and will easily scratch, but it is a cool looking pipe. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sOtW7GV2FTQ

Are their duties on importing a Ducati from the US

I just imported my 2010 Streetfighter from South Carolina. I SAVE some HUGE cash. The most painful part of the process was standing in the cold being questioned about how I got it so cheap :)
