I've read the sticky but I've never done this before, hoping someone could answer a few questions I have. Scenario: Got a heavy parking ticket in beginning of Sep, 2011. Went in and requested a trial date the next business day. Just got the trial notice in mail on Feb 7th (Dated Jan 31, 2013)...

They stamped my ticket "received" and gave it back to me to hang on to. They only took that Request for Trial form from me.

I got 2 parking tickets in september of last year (2011) while parked downtown. I had trial for one of them in September of this year, I still haven't received the notice of trial for the second one. I've heard systemic delay doesn't count towards 11b, so how will I be able to argue it?
