But when i enter my motorcycle vin in there, i get this: You can manage only Honda VINs on the Honda Owners site. Please go to the following site: Honda Powersports and http://powersports.honda.com/ownerlink.aspx doesn't have the vin thing.

Good question, i'm not sure. I heard that some you can find online, others you have to get from the dealer and some you even have to pay.

So how do we get a no recall letter for a used US bike? The owners link on honda.com pushes you to hondpowersports.com, where the owners VIN part is not available. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
