Oh nooo! [emoji852] Ya, my personal experience here in Canada is that very few (especially the retailers) know very little about the laptimer and particularly the AiM products [emoji102] It really makes no sense to me. Sorry about that experience. When I ordered mine, I grilled them to make sure...
My experience is that there aren't many (if any) AiM Dealers in Canada. I bought mine at the beginning of this season from Superbike Unlimited online from the US. My old AiM lap timer from 10 years ago was also purchased from the US. FWIW, they're really good and sent many things I've ordered...
I got mine from Superbike Unlimited.
U can do as many splits as u want because it's all done through the software. Default is all corners r a new split but u can specify as many or as little as u want and at any points on the track that u want.
As for mounting, ur best and easiest option would...
I have always used AiM and have never been disappointed :) I currently use the AiM SoLo DL cause I'm a data freak and love that it plugs right into my ECU to get bike data (here an example of a video where I overlayed some data on GoPro video https://youtu.be/rmpAroXMPYg) but if you don't...

Thx brotha ? When I saw the Anniversary colour scheme come out again, I knew it was time to get a new bike again ? It's fun to be riding on the street again and this beast is even better on the track ?

Might be a stupid question cause it's a SOAR practice day but just to be sure, does anyone know if there will someone doing suspension setup on this day?

As has already been posted, u should be ok with those tires for ur first couple track days (all will depend on ur pace).
Although sessions may seem short when u think of them in terms of minutes, u will have more than enough laps to enjoy ur day (u'd be surprised how long a full 15 min session...
25L of 94 is more than good enough and as mbroyda said, any extra can just be put in ur car/truck. Always better to have more than less and have to possibly find extra fuel. At Shanny they do have pumps but no guarantee they'll be open. I also bring a separate small jerry can of low octane fuel...
Yes, back protector is a must in my opinion. It was mandatory at our days when we were running them but not sure if all organizers now mandate them. Lots of options now though at many price points ?

U should be 100% with those boots ? It would be a first to me if u were given any problems participating in any track day with those boots.

Registering @ the track will incur the additional $25 late registration surcharge. This late registration surcharge is normally applied to all registrations completed within 7 days of the Event but for our final Event for 2011, we're just applying it to those that register at the track the...
