    KLR650 in the Ganaraska?

I have a set of T63's ordered. It was a toss up between those and the TKC's but I finally settled on the t63's for now. Homme, I'm surprised to hear that the fronts are less durable than the backs, I would have thought it most certainly be the other way around. I might just look into trying...

    KLR650 in the Ganaraska?

Took my KLR 650 into the Ganaraska 4 times so far. Terrifying each and every one of those times. Never got out of 2nd gear. Not that it wasn't fun, but I think I'll try again once I get rid of those stock tires and see if i'll be buying a forest pass again for next year. Who goes there...

Room for negotiation on price of a Ducati?

Joe, which bike did you get? So you ended up getting one from the states huh, where? How was the process?

Room for negotiation on price of a Ducati?

Which bike did you get from them? How much if you don't mind telling? I was looking at a Monster 796. Like I said, I enjoyed my time there, and the guys in the shop were helpful especially on the parts and apparel side. The guy I dealt with in bike sales was pleasant and helpful, but I am...

Room for negotiation on price of a Ducati?

I recently visited a Ducati dealer in Whitby. Dealt with a guy that was friendly and polite, but.. I was told that Ducati "regulates" their new bike sale prices, and that nothing can be done AT ALL for the price. Zero.. nada.. Basically, it's either pay full MSRP, or a new Ducati doesn't go...

    GP Bikes

I agree most guys at GP bikes are top notch. I'm thinking about picking up a Monster this month, but was disappointed to hear that there was ZERO room for haggling on the price. Basically I was told to pay full MSRP, or a Ducati bike doesn't sell. I'm kinda skiptical about that.. Has this...

    Sportbikes are Not beginner Bikes

I don't agree with this, as this is not what I said. I believe you're distorting my comments about not ideal riding position for the streets with the other extreme in the spectrum in riding position. I agree with you about riders' panicking and getting spooked when their bikes can do a lot...

    Sportbikes are Not beginner Bikes

I think the most glaring issue with a "supersports" like an R6, zx-6r, gsx r600, cbr600rr to name a few, is not the lone fact that they have a lot of power. The most "dangerous" factor with those bikes is their designed rider triangle, or geometry. Those bikes stretch out the rider with low...

Post up PICS of members bikes?

I love it. It's comfortable and sporty enough for my kind of riding. They only nit-pick I have is the gap on the seat after I've adjusted the seat height, other than that it's the perfect bike for me!
