The R10 is a DOT tire. It's legal for the street. Definitely more temperature sensitive but it is street legal. To each their own it was more of an FYI

Just food for thought. The R10 Evo is the DOT street/track tire. The S20 is considered the sport/street tire if I have my models correct.
