The quote is very competitive. Tfx is asking double for 3 naked bikes to Vancouver. For sub $7000 bikes like ours it makes more sense to crate them and save a little, maybe not so much if your bike is $10k plus. agree that the guy/gal is reposting to stop it getting buried.

+1. I've toured and tracked with my '09 Striple R. I haven't ridden another bike more capable of doing both, a bit more wind protection would be nice though.

Rentaducati.com were good to deal with in LA. $2000 cash deposit was a little scary but was returned in full. I got a diavel upgrade at no extra cost due to monster 696 being in service. Have fun.

Correcto - when I spent a day in Angeles Forest the only company willing to let me rent a full speed motorcycle with an M2 was rentaducati.com. I brought my gear with me.

Used gear is still pricey. which track-day organizer rents gear? I haven't seen any.

I've been wanting to do a track day the last 2 seasons. Am I crazy or is the upfront investment in gear incredibly high? Am i missing some obvious solution to dropping $1k+ on a suit + trailer set ups??
