Although I'm not as young and not as old as some of you, my first interest after high school graduation was "money".
Believe it or not, most ppl don't know what money is. They also can't tell the difference between currency and money.

come on man, we're being raped by insurance so bad.... Some times we can play by their rules to our advantage.
Its not fraud, its fraud is when you insured your bike at another location.
Talk about stupid rules, ever insures 2 bikes or multi vehicles? they magically assume we can clone...
Do they really check? I mean cineplex cares?
They even rent the room to party where i see ppl display music videos , video gameplay playback, ...etc The kids working there really care less.

The OP had no intention to get that bike. The dealer tricked him to use this bike to see if hes "qualified" for a loan. I believe the OP actually felt for it. A straight up dealer would not do such BS tactics. If the buyer wants a bike, even if his chance of getting a...
isnt there a law that says a contract is only valid if none of the party was misleading? I think just having a signature isnt enough. But ofcourse the dealer will lie and say none of what the OP said happened.
