Would a ticket from photo radar effect your insurance rates like a regular speeding ticket does now? My friend got a ticket from a red light camera and it was a fine and did not affect insurance because it doesnt really prove who was driving the vehicle.

People under estimate or are unaware of the half-decent SS insurance rates with Facilty/Nordic.

I believe any broker can get you a quote through them. I know John R Duffy can get you a quote through facility. And thats new to me, I did not know that they will do 4 payments over 4 months.

Like someone mentioned, you can get Facility Insurance for probably $3500 - $4500, and they will want the FULL amount up front, 1 payment.

14 years ago is basically irrelevant. An example I have is in 2009 I paid $2800 on a 2001 CBR 600 F4I (16 years old, clean record, M2) through Facility insurance. Pretty sweet eh?!! Got a quote this year (2012) for the same bike through Facility insurance, couple years older now, clean...

Like others said get a quote with another statefarm agent. Although quotes shouldn't differ between agents sometimes they do... It just doesn't seem right. I got quoted less than that (not by too much) for a Yamaha R1. 21 years old, no tickets in last 3 years
