Period 4 is the latest, officially 1989-with exceptions for like models so the 1990 Gixxer 750 & 1990 Cowie zx7, Ducati 900ss up to 1996
The beauty is that the periods do not roll forward every year, so you can keep running the same bike every year possibly forever. That saves a lot of time...
