when is it ever about safety?
A great example of how retarded governments and laws are is the war on drugs.
Lets make laws that ruin millions of lives more then the save for the children!!!!!
Yes you are happy with it so the majority is happy with it. 99% of the population doesn't care one way or the other. Not until they or their children get their car taken away.
So what you are saying is if i get charged with a 50 over speeding ticket or careless driving for doing a wheele.... if my vehicle is not impounded i will right away wheele away from the cop while doing 50 over and keep riding "dangerously"
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!!!
O no, he did a wheele...
I never said i want to make up laws. Im saying the laws should be fair. Speed limit should be 120 on the highway and 100 on country roads. There should not be a racing law.
If i had to ride at the speed limit i would have to kill myself. Just because i do 130 on a 70 speed limit country road doesn't mean I'm endangering anyone.
Also if there was a prerequisite for issuing a speeding ticket of unsafe operation of a vehicle 99% of the speeding tickets would not be...
I wouldn't call the pre street racing roads anarchy. Disobeying arbitrary laws =/= anarchy.
O nooo that kid smoked a joint... and the joint killed my sister.
With regards to speeding. I have only heard of one incident where a motorcyclist killed someone. Usually in a crash, the rider dies...
HTA is not just. Break the law and go 20 over, cop won't bother. Go 50 over and have your vehicle immorally (legally currently) seized, be financially penalized before being proven guilty and possibly go to jail. Anyone that argues for this law is just as retarded as the law itself.
Just because the law exist and was broken doesn't mean that the consequences for breaking the law are just.
The street racing laws are created by stupid or pandering politicians to quell all the retards steered by sensational news.
Something like 15 people died from street racing over the past...
