I used to ride an old greymarket CBR250R that was super fun (18k redline!) in university. A few years break and i just picked up an awesome DR650 with SuperMoto and knobby wheels! Its lots of fun on the street and even highway, and nimble yet powerful off-road. With my knobbies i finally feel...
Picked it up on Friday. Can't go wrong with $65! Lifts it off the ground quickly and easily. More than enough space for swapping wheels. It does have hooks for straps - may use them if i do something extensive. Thanks for the recommendation Soto! And thanks to everyone else for your advice!
That's the next step. For now i'm more than happy with the DR's performance on and off the road! The swap takes me just under 30 minutes so far, i want to get it down to 15 :)

There are two places, one right at Stoufville that has some crazy looking sandy trails - i didn't find an entrance and didn't get to explore. And then there is another much calmer and grassier trail just north of there that is crown land. Lets go!
