I don't hate the man or anyone who chooses to do business with him. He just lost my business, that's all.

I didn't expect much but I did expect more than a months worth. Ultimately it's buyer beware but yes I believe it was definitely his fault for selling me a "certified vehicle" when it was just a "certified piece of crap".

Whether he knew the horrible condition of the bike or not I cannot say. Being a mechanic selling certified bikes that are supposed to be safe and road worthy, he failed on this one. So, yes he did rip me off.
