Oh crap! So today I was changing my oil (yamaha r6) and wen I went to go take off my shift rod or shift linkage or what ever you call it, well I forgot to mark the position it was in. Am I screwed? how do you determine the correct position?

Yah, I bought it 2 years ago wen I thought I was gonna go on the track, but I never did. LOL so now I have 3 litres of this oil sitting here and figured why not just use it for the spring oil change.

Thanks, I read on the Motul website its good for 2 years, the oil is just about 2 years old (its got a date on the bottle) but I wasn't sure if I should use or not
