Should be fine after the cars have had some time to pack it in.

    Has anyone hit an animal?

Biggest thing Ive hit is a biga$$ dragonfly and that thing delivered a good thump to my chest. I have had birds nearly tag my bucket and just recently almost smoked a family of minks up north, luckily they scattered and managed to get out of the way unharmed.

    Stuck in Netural GS500F

Sound normal to me, first bike (Ninja 250) did that all kinds. Try to get into first before you come to a full stop. If you must have your bike in neutral at the light, which is an no no, then stop in first and click into neutral while stopped. Clicking back to first should be easy.

Grinding noise on front wheel of Ninja 250

Grinding is not normal, take it back to the shop. If its like a whooshing sound then its just the pads making light contact with the disc which is normal

    right turn vs left turn

You'll always have a stronger side, which inherently means the other side is weaker. All you can really do is practice the weaker side more (with the proper technique) to hopefully close the gap.

Mastercraft Maximum Torque Wrenches On Sale Again

I have both and there's a gap...big one starts at 50ft.lbs and small one maxes out at 20ft.lbs. And there's no "middle" one...how dumb is that. Having said that there are great for the price.

    Servicing 1198S In The GTA?

Well I can't say for sure right now because I havent called them recently but I wouldnt be surprised if you're waiting 2-3 weeks to get your bike in. Think about it they sell many different brands of new and used bikes and service them all too. Peninsula only sells and services Ducati (as far as...

Socket set 70% off at Canadian Tire

Buy it if you need a set, otherwise as someone else has already said CT always has socket sets on sale so there's really no need to jump on this deal. I've had my set for 10+ years, quality tools for the diy'er and lifetime warranty to boot.

    Crusing RPM? Downshifting vs. braking?

I prefer tapping/blinking the front brake more so to wake up the cager behind me but also to indicate than I'm slowing down. Did this on my M2 exit recently and it was fine.

Average price for a FULL Service?

Honestly if you're not mechanically inclined then you should take your bike to a pro. I personally wouldnt touch anything Im not 100% sure about (the internet is a great source of information for the diy'er). A bike is not like a car where if something goes wrong you're surrounded by a cage. I...

Forgot to say... Thanks cutekill/sharprider and the instructors for bringing this course to riding clinic to Canada!

Lee Parks and Total Control are coming to Ontario

Enjoyed the course a lot. Instructors were fantastic. I'm a big fan of learning proper technique and I learn by doing and seeing/hearing (not so much by reading books). This course fit the bill perfectly. With 4 years of riding under my belt I always felt somethings were off but couldn't figure...

    The Rules of Parking

People that park outside my office building (downtown) jam their bikes in like sardines some days. Too close for comfort for me, especially because no one uses pucks. The other day someone stuck their stand right into a fresh patch job, of course the it sank so the bike tripped over and was...
