I hit southwood today and it's a bloody disaster. I don't know where all the sand came from, but it's everywhere. The top quarter (where it intersects 169) and the area roughly in the middle where there are more rocks than trees are the only relatively clear spots.

Not to derail this derailment, but I'm derailing this derailment. CBR1000RR on Southwood Rd; hope you got your engine light sorted out. Shame about all the sand too.

Try taking it to an auto shop. They often dispose of it for free since they use the spent oil to heat the shop.

Stopped by after work. A good number of folks showed up, many nice bikes to gawk at. Could be a regular stop for me on Tuesday evenings, especially if they keep feeding me.

These are some amazing roads if you find yourself in the south end. I took this route when I was there last summer. I had no idea what I was doing, but local riders steered me this way. It was amazing and intense and I loved every moment that I wasn't ******** myself.

Apparently I need to clean my windshield.

It's an '03 VFR. I got her in November 2011 with 26k on the odometer. I remember every scratch, and lament every lost fairing bolt. It's made of plastic, so it ought to. The HUD looks like it came out of the early 90s.

Looks pretty good. I'd prefer it if they kept the exhaust under the seat though.
